DR Spike (XFreq II: Frequency Enhancement)

This high frequency algorithm takes the first derivative of the trace amplitudes, sample by sample. This produces a reflection series, which is convolved with a wavelet to produce the high frequency trace. The reflection series is constrained by the envelope of the trace to warranty honoring the original low frequency, thus making this process relative amplitude. All traces are zeroed except when there is a change in the slope between time samples (min, max or inflection). Trace and time interpolation is needed to avoid artifacts due to aliasing.
